What are we looking for?
A full-time talented and committed Customer Service Representative who interacts with customers and has great capacity to solve problems, highly compassion, empathy and be a great team player.
Requirements- Advanced English level is required
- Experience in customer service or call center is desirable
- At least 18 years old and High School Diploma
- Peruvian Citizenship or work permit
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Provide a great customer experience
- Interact with members and solve their requirements
- Respond compassionately and resolve member service inquiries in one single call.
- 48 working hours!
- Payroll since first day and paid training
