At Case Ready, we are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and results-oriented Call Center Supervisor with a passion for leading teams and optimizing performance in a technological and innovative environment.

What are we looking for?
  • Technical degree or bachelor's in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in call center supervision or similar areas.
  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written) – will be evaluated.
  • Proficiency in technological tools and call monitoring platforms.
  • Strong leadership, effective communication, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to work from Monday to Saturday (48 hours per week).

What will you do?

You will supervise the daily performance of the Intakers (Call Center team), including:

  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs): Call volume Service quality Conversion rates, among others
  • Ensuring compliance with operational and service standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and performance optimization.
  • Providing feedback and conducting training sessions as needed.
  • Using technology tools for data analysis and performance tracking.
