Are you a detail-oriented whiz with a knack for keeping things organized? We're looking for a superstar General Virtual Assistant to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist our Life and Health Insurance Agency owner and team
• Be our master organizer (think reports, tasks, and keeping things running smoothly)
• Be a quick learner with a keen eye for detail
• Must be a pro in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Confident doing phone calls (not heavy queue)
• Communicate fluently in English

Communication Expectations:

• You must be comfortable calling, texting, and emailing clients, their clients, and their staff.
• This role can include policy conservation work. You may call clients to collect payments, resolve requirements, and follow up on outstanding items.
• If you are not confident on the phone, this is not the right fit. Clear, professional communication is essential.

Priority will be given to candidates with:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
• Leadership experience
• CRM/Healthcare system admin experience
