• Campaign Execution: Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• Professional Communication: Manage client correspondence and produce high-quality reports and documentation in English.
• Tool Integration: Utilize AI-enhanced productivity tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion) and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) to optimize workflows.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of marketing deliverables, anticipating client needs before they arise.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multicultural teams while adhering to MOD's standards for punctuality and professional excellence.

• English Fluency: C1-C2 proficiency with a neutral or near-neutral accent for U.S. client interaction.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a 4-year university, preferably in Marketing or Business.
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business support.
• Schedule: Full-time availability aligned with U.S. business hours (PST/EST).
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• On-site Readiness: Ability to work from the Lima headquarters in San Isidro as required.
